Shadowbox Design Management played a pivotal role in transforming this annual Hamptons food tasting event into an elegant, garden-inspired experience. The design team curated a luxurious atmosphere using 48 multi-tiered crystal chandeliers, each internally lit and adorned with faux foliage, creating a breathtaking fusion of crystal lighting and lush greenery. The result was a stunning interplay of light and texture that perfectly embodied a refined garden aesthetic.

To complete the immersive ambiance, Shadowbox Design Management provided full audio coverage throughout the tent, ensuring a seamless listening experience for guests during announcements, live music, and event programming. In addition, the team designed and installed specialized lighting for the band stage and food stations, strategically highlighting focal points and enhancing the overall mood.

Shadowbox Design Management also partnered with Baí to design and construct a custom display installation that not only elevated the Rosé Soirée event but was also repurposed for multiple events throughout the summer.
