Shadowbox Design Management proudly partnered with the Federal Hall National Monument, Presidential event staff, and federal security personnel to deliver a full-service event production package for a high-profile press event in New York City. Our team managed the complete lighting, audio, and staging setup—from installation to operation to dismantling—ensuring flawless execution under tight security and logistical conditions.
For this prestigious event, Shadowbox Design Management designed and built a custom stage featuring a lectern, navy blue pipe and drape backdrop, and a distributed audio system to provide crystal-clear sound throughout the historic space. A strategic lighting design ensured speakers were perfectly illuminated for both in-person attendees and media coverage.
Operating within the historic Federal Hall National Monument and adhering to the protocols of a Presidential-level production, our team showcased exceptional expertise in technical production, event logistics, and high-security event management.
