For the Adelphi University Garden City campus graduation, we transform Nassau Coliseum into a grand graduation hall by using a regal stage with theatrical lighting and drapes.  heightening the importance of this day for Adelphi’s proud graduates we also provide the rigging, audio, lighting, cameras, video, technical direction, and production management for the entire event. Due to a limited amount of contracted time in the space, it is necessary to load in overnight for an 8:00am start.  Our staff handles all seating configurations following local code and takes care of many underlying needs of the university.  We also prepared for and manage the event breakdown and cleanup.  Working with both university faculty and staff we ensure that every detail is picture perfect for the university and its graduating class.
