The charity event organized by Hirscheifer‘s at the Americana Manhasset shopping center was an extravagant and well-coordinated affair, aiming to create an unforgettable experience for the attendees. Sparing no expense, Shadowbox Design Management handled all the tenting, carpeting, audio, lighting, video, and decor. A clear topped 20’ x 30’ tent with connecting marquee was constructed and red carpet was placed along the entire walkway in front of the main entrance of the store leading guest into the stores entrance. A complete sound system was setup throughout the store with the ability to control each individual area as a separate zone.  Each zone was able to broadcast either background music or the auction program at any time.  The main entry was enhanced with various sized nylon lanterns, this dynamic and colorful party style lighting treatment was internally lit and up lit by LEDS to create depth and a glow that engaged the front entrance.
