Shadowbox Design Management partnered with Hirscheifer’s for an unforgettable charity event at the Americana Manhasset shopping center. This luxury affair was a meticulously planned production designed to deliver an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.

Our team managed every aspect of event production, including tenting, carpeting, audio, lighting, video, and décor. A stunning clear-topped 20’ x 30’ tent with a connecting marquee created an elegant focal point, while a red carpet entrance extended along the walkway, guiding guests into the store with a touch of glamour.

Inside, Shadowbox installed a comprehensive multi-zone sound system, enabling full control over background music and the live auction program in each area of the store.

To complete the guest experience, the main entrance was enhanced with a dynamic lighting design featuring colorful nylon lanterns that were internally lit and LED uplighted to create depth, warmth, and a captivating glow.

From concept to completion, Shadowbox Design Management delivered a visually striking and technically seamless production that reflected the sophistication of Hirscheifer’s and the upscale ambiance of Americana Manhasset.
