Shadowbox Design Management partnered with Northwell Health to produce their prestigious Physicians Ball, delivering a full suite of event production services that included tenting, lighting, sound, video, projection, power, and décor. Each year, this signature event showcases Shadowbox’s creativity, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence in large-scale event design and production.

For the inaugural Physicians Ball in September 2011, Shadowbox Design Management transformed the event tent into a breathtaking venue. More than 70 round paper lanterns in varying sizes were suspended from the ceiling, creating a warm and visually stunning display. Complementing this were 15-foot sheer fabric chandeliers, clustered around select lanterns to add texture, height, and a sense of elegance and sophistication.

The following year, Shadowbox introduced a fresh concept with festoon lighting that evoked a romantic “starry night” ambiance, demonstrating our team’s adaptability and innovation in response to client feedback.
