In 2015 the annual Harbor Conservancy Gala decided to change things up. Instead of their annual gala dinner, they held a Debate in the large round rotunda on the 1st floor with a smaller dinner to follow on the 2nd floor. We provided lighting, audio, furniture, and staging. Setting up a small stage with a lectern and three comfortable chairs for a panel discussion. Black pipe and drape was placed behind the stage to help minimize audio reverberations and create a clean backdrop for the discussion. A distributed audio system and lighting was designed to illuminate speakers on stage as well as accent the venue’s architecture. The dinner was held in the conference room on the second floor and was treated with a simple ceiling wash of lights accenting the vaulted architecture. Audio was setup for speeches and background music.
