Project Description
The annual 2-day food-tasting event on New York City’s Upper West Side is a vibrant celebration of local cuisine and community, produced in collaboration with Shadowbox Design Management, Agency 21 Consulting, and the Columbus Avenue Business Improvement District (BID).
Shadowbox Design Management plays a key role in the event’s success, providing expert lighting, sound, and décor design to create an immersive and engaging festival atmosphere.
Inside the 180-foot tent, a carefully crafted lighting design highlights vendor tables, enhances visual appeal, and establishes a warm, ambient glow that encourages guests to explore and enjoy. Outdoor festoon lighting adds a summery, whimsical touch, perfectly matching the event’s lively and inviting spirit.
To complete the experience, background audio is distributed throughout both the tent and outdoor seating areas, infusing the space with upbeat, enjoyable music that keeps energy high and guests entertained.
Each year, Shadowbox introduces fresh décor concepts featuring bold, modern design elements to ensure returning guests experience something new and exciting. This commitment to creativity and quality showcases Shadowbox Design Management’s expertise in festival event production and its ability to elevate community events with professional design and flawless execution.
