Shadowbox Design Management, Inc. was proud to manage and staff The Grand Gourmet, a prestigious food-tasting event held in the iconic Vanderbilt Hall at Grand Central Station. Our team oversaw every detail of production, delivering a seamless event experience within a challenging 24-hour turnaround.

Our responsibilities included organizing the bid process for catering equipment, designing and installing event lighting, setting up audio systems, and coordinating the complete event setup and breakdown. This project showcased our ability to combine precise technical execution with creative design to enhance one of New York City’s most historic venues.

Successfully executed in collaboration with Grand Central Partnership and Bear Dallis Associates, this event highlighted Shadowbox Design Management’s expertise in audiovisual production, event logistics, and design aesthetics, transforming Vanderbilt Hall into a vibrant culinary destination.
